How can I have Pending invoices?

There are 2 reasons you can have unpaid invoices:

1. You have clicked on 'Bank Transfer" during the checkout process. By doing this, the system adds the invoice to your account and marks it "Unpaid". Once MercaTrade.com receives the payment , they will remove this outstanding invoice from your account
2. You have uncessfully paid with your credit card.
   
   • There can be several reasons for your credit card to be rejected such as technical problems with your credit card provider, problems with your banks, security checks etc...
   • If you were unable to pay by credit card, the system will automatically mark your invoice as "Unpaid"
   • To try to pay at a later time or once you have solved your problem with the bank, simply log in to your account and click on "My Invoices" and click on "Pay"
