ZOLIC Tax Free Zone
The Zone Trade and Industry (ZOLIC, by its initials in Spanish) is the first free zone in Guatemala, created by the government to promote the industrial and commercial development of the country.
ZOLIC is a functionally autonomous organization with its own patrimony, unlimited duration and legal status. It is located in the Santo Tomas de Castilla Harbor, at Izabal, Guatemala, Central America and has superficies of 50 hectares.
The facilities includes buildings of different sizes, for different purposes (commerce, industry, services), all them provided with the necessary infrastructure (water, electricity, etc.).
Outside the zone there are areas available, which are adequate for installation of administrative/ commercial offices
