2. Please report your complaint to http://www.econsumer.gov/english/.
This is a website where there is cross borders sharing of information of fraudulent companies or persons. There are 20 member countries but the list is growing every day.
If you fraudulent company is not located in any of the listed country, please always file a report as government agencies may investigate.
Please note that if you are a victim of an online fraud, the chances of recovering your money are very low especially if you have made payment through Western Union as it is not possible to trace the payment.
Reporting your case is very important as government agencies can locate these fraudulent persons, proceed to legal action against them and hopefully put them in jail.
