Global demand for organic products continues to grow, with sales increasing by over $5 billion a year, according to The World of Organic Agriculture: Statistics & Emerging Trends 2008.

Latin America has reported one of the largest increases in organic food production with a triple-digit growth in organic farmland since 2000.

In the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, there is great potential for organic agricultural products, here under is a non exhaustive list by country:
